@Jetmech Unfortunately, I tried your suggestion and it is no working.

Attach your S4 to a running PC for a couple hours using the charging cable. Then do a very long press of the power button.
@Leeshor unfortunately this didn't work. Again only the blank screen and no response from the phone

When you pulled the battery was it actually downloading something or were you just in download mode?

No it wasn't. I didn't try to root it or download what ever.
This message just appeared when I was trying to turn it on after the battery was fully discharged.

So I can't even follow the instruction on the guide you gave me.
Simply I can't turn my mobile on, just the blank page and that is it.

When you plug it in to charge does the charge indicator light come on? Another thing to try is to take the sdcard out, make sure it has a full charge and then try to boot.

No the battery indicator doesn't appear as usually happen in similar scenarios.
So how could I ensure that it is fully charged ?

I am charging it since the last night, so I am pretty sure that it is fully charged

If the light is not on, I have by doubts. You could have a bad or the wrong charger or a bad or the wrong cable. Any number of things could be going on. Try pulling the battery for 30 seconds, (again) then plugging it into a PC, again, for a couple hours.

You could have a problem unrelated to the original issue.

Current versions of Android don't support Flash player, try Puffin or Flashfox as an alternative browser.

Ok I will try. However note that I am using the original charger and the original cable

Yes, but one or both could be faulty.
