    Wifi will not connect due to "Network Disabled because Internet connection is slow"

    OK let me start by saying this is the third S4 I have had. The first 2 had display issues. The replacement came in today for the second phone. I had been using the screen defective phone on our WIFI network for a couple of weeks no problems. My replacement phone says " network disabled because Internet connection is slow" I have rebooted three times. Forgot the network 3 times. I even started the old phone back up and sure enough it connected to the internet. HELP as I am loosing faith in Samsung.

    Welcome to the forum

    Try restarting your router. Is it possible you have some restrictions set up in the router, like MAC address filtering?

    Would that cause just my phone not to work? My old S4 I am returning due to a display issue works fine as well as my IT guys S4.

    Did you get this resolved? My phone has started to do this, I have to reenter my home and work wifi keys every day. I too am really beginning to wish I had not switched phones. Rebooting my equipment has made no difference.

    Dear All,
    Pls. help me to resolve this issue, now this is becoming more comment in my S4. I connect to office and home Wifi and giving same message, tried all things but failed. Any one pls. help me to solve this problem. Also in home i can't send my pictures through viber pls. also help to resolve this issue.

    What message are you getting? Have you tried rebooting you modem?

    Trust me I have been fixed the some problem few days ago, just reset your router 2/3 times , reset not restart, reset in small button in router, wen router is booting reset again, wen is booting reset again ,3 times reset, after that all works fine, give me some feedback.

    If you had to reset the router 3 times it's time for a new router.

    or maybe you need search for coldreset and reset, have a big diference.
