Will the S4 support Apps to SD?

I know out of the box, the S3 does not support using Apps to SD.

Will Samsung make their storage configuration the same on the S4? I appreciate having the capability to do so. Any insight in to why Samsung made their current storage setup work as two external storage spaces on the phone (based on what I have read)?

With the partition format if 4.2 I think most of that issue us eliminated. User apps are no longer stored on a sperate user data partition. This eliminates the limited space dilemma and opens up the remainder of the internal storage. I hope that Samsung has not altered the storage format with Touchwiz.

I knew something was a little different about the storage in 4.2.2. I just hadn't researched what. That makes sense. When I flashed CM ROMs to my Atrix 4G, the default storage was the external SD card. I loved it. Is there a reason that can't be done now in current versions of Android?

It can definitely be done. If its not allowed be default, root and root apps are sometimes required. Sometimes a developer will format the storage differently to increase the user partition of the device with their custom ROM.
