My Galaxy s4 wont turn on anymore.

Well today at school, i noticed my phone started to turn off by itself. (I have been using my phone for a week)
and when i hold down the power button, it didnt turn back on, so i took the battery out, placed it in again, and it worked.
Few of these happened throughout the day, and i saw some forum posts recommending me to perform a factory reset, so i went into the settings and did it.
After the Samsung Logo, my screen was just black for 10 min.
I knew something was wrong so i took the battery out, and guess what? it stopped working.
10 minutes of trying to turn it back on, i felt 2 vibrations, and it suddenly turned on, but froze on the Samsung Logo, and no response again.
    Can someone please help?
BTW, i tried the manual reset ( Volume Up, Power, Home) and it didnt even give me a vibration.

Try plugging it in and let charge for a bit and then try turning on again. I haven't had it happen with my S4, but did have something similar with my tbolt. It ended up being a bad battery. Even though that battery wasn't showing dead, it was. Even when it was really like 10%, it would show something way over 50%. Hopefully yours is a battery issue and not truly a phone issue.

Did you ever manage to fix this problem? I have EXACTLY the same problem with my phone, it will randomly power off and wont come back on for hours sometimes. Im sure its some kind of hardware fault of some kind, I've sent it away twice with my network provider and all they've done each time is say "no fault found" flash it and send it back again.

Now I'm sending it direct to Samsung who tell me they will issue it to the highest trained technition to solve the problem once and for all. Im not very pleased to be honest, In the last 2 months my phone has spent 5 weeks away on repair.
