    4.4 and ext SDCArd?

So in a way, I should have read the changelog before upgrading to 4.4.2.

So basically BSPLayer can no longer use or see the extSdcard any more. Has anyone found a work around without the phone being rooted? Thanks

Everything I've seen so far requires root access. Not sure if this would help or not.

Thanks for the reply ggrant I found the fixes and all of them requires root access

How is easy is to root Verizon S4 once updated to 4.4?

Funny of all explorers I have tried, Astro File Manager is the only one that sees the External SD Card. And so I found a work around.

So I now launch Astro and go into external SdCard and launch a movie using BSPlayer..

Not sure on the Verizon as I'm with T-Mobile and it's pretty easy as they don't lock the bootloader. Take a look over here and see what you can find.

THanks for the link.. I am not going to go through with it.. There is a program that is called My Files and Astro File Manager both sees the ext Sdcard.. I will just use that route to open a movie..

If you want you can close or delete this thread Thanks once again
