'Error retrieving information from server' [RPC:S-7:AEC-0QAKM-JRJW-CSUT2]

    Hi,

I keep receiving the following error when trying to buy in-app purchases.

'Error retrieving information from server' [RPC:S-7:AEC-0QAKM-JRJW-CSUT2]

I have tried deleting and re-adding my google account, as well as clearing all the data for google play, download manager, etc. but nothing has worked. I have been having wireless connectivity issues, but I have the same issue after re-connecting to my wireless. Help?

    Welcome to the forum

You may want to try a different WiFi, maybe a public hotspot, to rule out an issue with your router/configuration.

Welcome to the forum @Fahrenheit !
Are you having this problem with all apps, or just one in particular?

Thanks, @cr6! The app in question is Auralux and I cleared the data for that as well but to no avail. I have also had issues with Podcast Addict both connecting to a server to listen to a podcast online and trying to download them to listen offline. I have used GooglePlay to download new apps successfully, tho.

I will try that @Leeshor, thanks! I will let you know if I have any luck.
