Microphone problem in normal call mode only (seems to work fine in speaker mode)

Can someone please heeeelp me, I have a Samsung s4 I9505 that I bought with a problem:
When I call someone I can hear perfectly but the other person hears a crackling sound and almost no sound but ONLY IN NORMAL CALL mode, when in SPEAKER it seems to work just fine, also with the headset the crackling sound persists.
The problem also persists in any app like viber, watsapp, voice recorder..

    Things I have tried:

    Restarting, factory reset
Different firmware like Kitkat 4.4 and Lollipop 5.01
Changing the charge dock with the microphone
Is there another microphone that is activated while on speaker mode than on normal call or what is the difference between normal call and speaker mode?

    Welcome ot the forum

There are 2 different parts you're talking about. One is a speaker, the other a microphone. My guess is that you have a hardware problem with the latter.

Welcome to the forum! Thank you for providing such detailed information about your problem.
I agree with @Leeshor and since you've already tried everything that would resolve the problem, one could only deduce that it's a hardware related issue. Did you purchase the device new or used? It isn't likely to still be covered under the manufacturers warranty, so your only other option would be to file a claim with your carrier or insurance company, if you've purchased third party insurance. If not, you'll have to find a cell phone repair facility in your area. With smartphones so popular these days, most cities will have quite a few repair centers to choose from.
Good luck & let us know how you make out.
