Photos are not saved - wierd image

    Hello Forum
Hopefully you are able to help out as the helpful staff at the phone shop do not have a permanent solution. I have a Galaxy S4 GT-19505 and I am having problems my images taken with the camera or video being stored.
Everytime I take a photo, it appears in the review and I can see it, however if I exit the camera and goback to look at it or want to e-mail it, this icon appears (see attachment)
I was advised to restart the phone to clear the cache, but this does not work.
I have the camera set to save the images to my SD card and I have a 64GB card, so there is ample space. The 16GB phone memory curently has 4GB available space.
I noticed this occured after I plugged in a portable charger on my last phone (S4 Active) and the problem has continued with this phone.
Any ideas on how to get rid of this image and have the image I took with the phone camera and be able to save the image?
    Thanks

    Welcome to the forum

There are ample posts on this forum regarding how the S4 doesn't work well with 64GB SD cards. My guess is that you have joined that crowd. There are far more 64GB cards that don't work properly than cards that do.

    Welcome to the forum!
Let us know how @Leeshor 's suggestion worked for you. Your best bet would be to pick up a 32gig card. (they are very inexpensive these days)
    Good luck!

    Hi Leeshor

I've got the same problem as Cardinal except that my SD card is an ample 125GB. Does this automatically fit in the 64GB SD card situation too?
    Many thanks
