    Turning off alarm

When the alarm I've set goes off, I can't figure out how to turn it off. Touching or tapping the red X doesn't do it and tapping touching the yellow ZZZ just activates snooze. Help please, making me crazy.

Welcome Dobx, just slide the X to the left or the right.

You can set up voice commands to "Stop" or "Snooze" if you want too.

when youre setting up your alarm, under the days of the week theres a check box next to repeat weekly. uncheck it and hit save

Even if don't hit repeat weekly, the alarm is still there after it has been used. Why do you have to physically delete it?

The stock alarm widget is a "sub-function" of the "mother" clock app which comes pre-installed. Go into the mother clock app to delete the alarm that you've set up.

The widget for the alarm is a stand-alone function, which was why I didn't realize that the two were connected. I know better now after much frustration.

This repetition of an alarm was driving me crazy, resetting itself day after day. Totally not intuitive.

I have this problem too. After I stop the alarm, it will set itself for the next week to ring at same time. I did not tick weekly. How to solve the problem?
