Galaxy Note 3 Specs Confirmed; 5.7" Display, Snapdragon 800, Android 4.3 & 3 GB RAM

For any fans of the Samsung Galaxy Note series, we thought we would share this here as well. Supposedly, the final specs of the Samsung Galaxy Note III have been fully confirmed. According to the most recent intel, the device will come with the following internals:
    • 5.7-inch Full HD Display (whether it is the new Flexible AMOLED or not is still unconfirmed)
    • Snapdragon 800 (although we suspect we will see some region specific versions sporting the newer Exynos 5 Octa-Core refresh)
    • 3GB RAM
    • Android 4.3

One interesting thing that came along with this report is that originally the display was scheduled to be a 5.99-inch, but because of weak response to the Galaxy Mega, Samsung decided to back it down a notch. It seems like they found their phablet "sweet spot" of 5.7-inches.

3GB, WOW. And inching up on the size? The 5.5" was good, why mess with it?

I think that the +0.2" won't be very noticeable at all.

Looks like a very nice unit.

I came to S4 from a note 2. Those phones are animals. Just too big for me. Loved everything else about it.

Ok, opinions vary.... but it's only ~3.5% larger.
That's just not that much, in my opinion. Also, 5.5 was already too big for me.

I found the S4 size perfect for my large hands! Note 2 was too big. I can do everything in one hand with my s4

I might be recommending this to my dad if he decides that it's finally time for a smartphone.
