    Thumbs up

Come on.... really..... 1080p is more than enough for a 5" smartphone. That display is just going to suck unneeded juice out of that larger battery.

I'm thinking that between the larger battery, the updated processor & KitKat, battery life "should" still be pretty decent. I for one am really looking forward to this device. I'll be due for an upgrade just as this is being released. (although I may have to wait an extra month since I'm a Verizon customer)

I'm just thinking that the technical possibilities are being pushed well beyond any practical need. Maybe it's just some macho keeping "ahead" of the competition or somethings. But it seems to be counterproductive at this point.

I just wish they would spend more time making a battery that can last for days, not get drained as soon as you turn all the fancy features on.
