    Exclamation Details people, details.....

    Hi All,

If you want to get your questions answered, you have to give some details.

Always give at least these two details: Phone model and carrier.

Even though you will hear many people says that the I9500 and I9505 are almost the same, they are wrong. Look, Performance and features are very similar, but the hardware is completely different. Different CPU, GPU and Cellular radios.

If your old phone was 3G and your new S4 is LTE, then you're on a different network even if you're still on the same carrier. You may also need a new SIM card in that situation (if you bought the phone apart from your carrier).

    Details, details and details.....

The carriers are using their own customized ROMs which complicated it even more so yes, details.

Better yet in the upper right corner of this page you will find settings. Go there and on the left you will see edit signature. Click that and enter at least your model #and carrier.

Current versions of Android don't support Flash player, try Puffin or Flashfox as an alternative browser.

At the S3 forum they added phone model right in to the profile. Shows up under users avatar. Really really helps us diagnose issues when we know those 2 things.

Totally agree. On the Nexus One forum or the Atrix 4G forum.... we had one model and one carrier, this is completely different.

Hi Everyone. I have a Samsung galaxy 4 I545 that I am currently using on t-mobile. I have the correct apn settings. but today I have been unable 2 send any MMS. I can receive it. and T-mobile tech support isnt of much help either. I have also done a hard reset on the phone but still cant send it. I get an error message, "service not activated on network" and "Server Response error". What do I do. :-(
