    I have a Galaxy S4 and a 64gb Sandisk Ultra.

The phone will "randomly" display warnings such as, "An SD card was unexpectedly removed" or "The file system on the SD card is corrupt." This has been happening every 2-3 days, sometimes 3 or more times in a day. In all cases a re-boot of the phone solves the problem. I do not believe I've lost any data so far.

I have formatted (and re-formatted) the card in the phone (not on Windows).

    Welcome to the forum

This appears to be a fairly common problem with SanDisk 64GB cards. SanDisk did have some cards with a known problem so you may want to contact them, or return the card for another brand.

Current versions of Android don't support Flash player, try Puffin or Flashfox as an alternative browser.

Exactly, mine is an older one. I think that some of the newer batches had issues.

Is there is list of #'s to identify the bad ones?

Good question. Not as far as I know. This issue needs more narrowing down but the 64GB SanDisk is standing out as a problem.

Verizon phone and currently running Hyperdrive and a stock kernel with a Scandisk 64gb Class 10 that I recently bought.

The only trouble I'm getting from the SD card is when I reboot. If I shutdown and start the phone (with or without battery pulling) it works fine. I can boot into TWRP recovery and it works fine. BUT, if I just reboot the phone instead of turning the phone off, I will get a message in the status bar saying that the SD card is corrupted. I've tried different roms and kernels but it always acts the same.

Sounds like one more vote "against" the 64GB SanDisk. But if you really have a ScanDisk then all bets are off.

Did you use the phone to format it? Or is it not detected at all?

Been trying out the 64GB Sandisk SD card I got to replace the komputerbay one these past few days. The only problem I've run into is when I'm downloading maps for offline storage and then go to save pictures/video to the SD card, the camera app straight up fails. I'm not sure if that's n intentional limitation or not, but everything is fine as long as I only use one SD card action at a time.
