    MMS failed problem

    Hi

    I have problem when I send message from Saudi Arabia and to Arab united Emira2016-01-11 23.46.47.pngtes .tells me; failled MMS.number is about 4 figures to send SMS like 3542.

    What is solution

    I'm not sure from looking at those shots why you are having problems with texting but I;m almost positive your phone is not a real Samsung Galaxy S4.

    I have to agree with @Leeshor on this one, although it does show that your device is rooted. Did you root it yourself or purchase it that way? It looks like you're using the stock messaging app correct? You might check with your carrier as you may not have an international plan set up, which in turn is prohibiting you from sending a message to someone in a different country. You might look into downloading a messaging app that allows free international messaging. For example the app Whatsapp provides this option, but I believe both parties are required to have the same app in order for this to work.

    This is actually a valid Samsung device.

    It does appear rooted though, are you running a ROM or stock? This looks like it might be an issue with the MODEM, or the OS has a problem!-:/

    I recommend backing up your data, and restoring the device using Samsung Smart Switch.
