That problem happened a week or so ago too and it appeared to correct itself. It may be a problem with Google's servers. How long has that been happening?

Current versions of Android don't support Flash player, try Puffin or Flashfox as an alternative browser.

Facing the same problem. Cleared Settings cache, restarted phone, etc. to no avail.
Without being able to go into Google settings I can't remove one of my Google accounts. Incredibly frustrating...

Getting into Google Account Settings through Gallery

Found a temporary solution to removing a Google account / getting into Google Account settings.

The source is Links to other Android forums are prohibited by the user guidelines. Link removed. , user kelbel1122. Go into the Gallery app, press the left menu button on the bottom of the phone, and click the Settings option. This brings you into Google Account Settings (different than Google Settings, which is useless for removing accounts). From here you can click on one of your linked accounts, press the bottom left menu button on phone again, and an option appears to Remove Account.

    Hope this helps.
